UP2【How to Make Pudding】

I will introduce how to make delicious Pudding. I made it with it with my old high school friends. This recipe was taught me by her. She starts living alone this year. She is working hard on cooking. I want to eat it. So, I take this opportunity to make it.




You will need

  • 4 heat-resistance glass caps
  • There pot
  • One eggbeater
  • One bowl
  • One thin cloth
  • A lot of water
  • One strainer
  • One measure for liquid

Ingredien ex ts
The recipe yields 4 caps

Pudding
  • Milk 400ml
  • Egg 2 pieces
  • Suger 80g 
Caramel sause
  • Suger 60g
  • Water 15ml
  • Hot water 15ml

Procedure
  1. Put suger and water in the pot. Put the pot on the heat and boil down until brown.
  2. Put hot water and mix after turning off the fire.
  3. Pour caramel sause into heat-resistance glass caps. Set them aside.
  4. Break the eggs and add the suger into the bowl. Those mix with the strainer. Set them aside.
  5. Put milk on the pot and heat. Turn off  the fire before boiling hard.
  6. Add milk (step 5) little by little into the bowl (step 4). And, mix this every time when we add milk.
  7. Pour while filtering the pudding liquid (step 6) into heat-resistance glass caps that enter caramel sause.
  8. Put the thin cloth on the pot. On top of  the thin cloth, arrange the heat-resistance glass caps.
  9. Fill the heat-resistance glass caps with water up to about halfway. Set it on medium heat.
  10. When steam begins to rise, heat change low. Steam pudding for 20-30 minutes.
  11. When pudding cool down, moreover cool down pudding in the refrigerator.
  12. As pudding harden as, it's ready.

We can make Pudding with things which we have at home. So, we can easily make it ! Try making it when you feel like eating something sweet or during snake times. I recommended that arrange caramel sause into brulle.
